1. Refund Policy

1.1 Digital Products (Software License Keys):

Due to the digital nature of our products, including software license keys, refunds are generally not provided once the product key has been delivered. However, we understand that technical issues may arise. If you encounter any problems with the activation key, please contact our customer support within 1 day of purchase. Our team will diligently work with you to resolve the issue, provide technical assistance, or issue a replacement key if necessary.

1.2 Physical Products:

Refunds for physical products are subject to the following conditions:

  • You must request a return authorization by contacting our customer support at admin@wiserkeys.com within 1 day of receiving the product.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

2. Returns

2.1 Digital Products (Software License Keys):

As digital products are non-returnable, there is generally no need to physically return the product. However, if our customer support determines that a return is necessary to resolve an issue, they will provide you with specific instructions.

2.2 Physical Products:

To return a physical product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support at admin@wiserkeys.com to request a return authorization.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include your name, order number, and reason for the return in the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support immediately. We will guide you through the process of returning the item, and upon receipt of the damaged or defective product, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer support. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled for digital products.
